Miitomo's release!

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!

It seems like forever since Miitomo was first announced, well now (finally) according to Nintendo's PR site, Miitomo will be out tomorrow on March 31st 2016!! Miitomo is Nintendo's mini Friend-only social communications app that uses Mii characters as your avatar and go-between. After waiting so long, the app will now be available, said to be late March, we're now into the latest of March before it  becomes early April. Can't wait, My Nintendo should also be releasing soon and with it, you can get a Super Mario overall costume, or at least that's what I've seen so far, it could be false. This app will be out tomorrow on Android and IOS/Apple for free.

Nintendo was sued again.

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!

For those of you who don't Know, Nintendo was sued again for a patent on the 3DS and Wii U and some other consoles I guess they didn't need to mention in the report on Nintendo's Press Room site. I don't understand why people think they'd stand a chance suing Nintendo, because nobody would. And now the people who were suing are paying for it because they lost... AGAIN. This has to be at-least the fourth or maybe even fifth time Nintendo's been sued this year.

In July 2012, plaintiffs sued Nintendo both in California federal court and in the International Trade Commission. In February 2014, the ITC held that Nintendo did not infringe the asserted patent. The plaintiffs chose not to appeal that decision, but insisted on continuing to litigate the same patent and many of the exact same issues before the California federal court. Nintendo has now won that case as well, with the court holding that Nintendo’s systems, including Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, do not infringe the asserted patent.
“We are very pleased with this decision, which again confirmed that Nintendo’s products do not infringe,” said Ajay Singh, Nintendo of America’s Director of Litigation and Compliance. “It also confirms that Nintendo continues to develop unique and innovative products while respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Nintendo will defend its products and its innovations, even if it must do so multiple times in different places and over many years.”~Nintendo PR

Mario-Time-News (update)

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!
For those of you who don't know, I've been writing less for TNG because I've been writing more for Mario-Time-News and JumptoGamer, that doesn't mean I've given up on AR-Cade TNG, you'll likely still find news shared here on this blog. However, Mario-Time-News is performing significantly better than TNG. On just ONE post over there, I've gotten 500+ views. In JUST one day Mario-Time-News got 800+ views. It takes TNG sometimes weeks to get 100 views, not kidding, that's a major difference. So I'm sure everyone will understand when I put more time into that blog and it's content. Again, I'm not giving up on this blog and I will be sharing news here even later on.

Snoopy's back in a brand new game

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!
Out this week from Activision… Snoopy fly’s in on his dog house to the Wii U and 3DS and a bunch of other consoles I wont bother to mention. In this Peanuts movie based game: Snoopy has to search and find his friends (the Peanuts gang) through various stages and levels that he creates in his imagination...
I just saw the Peanuts movie today, it was awesomtacular and I hope I can get this new game someday.

Animal Crossing amiibo compatibility

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!

Oddly I found that the to-be-released Animal Crossing amiibo figures will not work with Happy Home Designer. This surprised me because Villager from SSB does work with Happy Home Designer. Perhaps their working with the game will be available after their release? It would be horrible if they didn't work with the game, the cards are cool and all but the figures are highly collectible to Nintendo fans. The new Animal Crossing amiibo will be released on November 14th. Hope I get a K.K.

The New Nintendogs

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!

Nintendo has released a new ad yesterday on October 30th 2015 for Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer. The big twist!? They used Puppies. There's nothing quite like a Puppy to entice you to buy something. I know because I own a puppy and I bought something for him a bit ago. Anyways, Nintendo used Puppies to play the parts of three Dog characters from Animal Crossing. Isabelle, her brother Digby and the famous musician K.K. Slider. I personally don't believe the dog-actor portrayed K.K. very well but whatever. For the player icons they showcased the (yet to be released) new animal crossing amiibo figures. The video is included in this post, for more information on the new Animal Crossing game please visit Nintendo's website for Happy Home Designer.

Miitomo, My Nintendo and Nintendo account

I've discovered some new news regarding the new Nintendo application and Nintendo's new membership service. Apparently Miitomo works with "My Nintendo" as a communications app for JUST your friends. Impressive Nintendo, honestly not joking here, this new app looks like it has some serious potential. I also love my Mii character, a social network for JUST friends that uses my Mii!? I love it. .To summarize, here's the link to my information I discovered. SOURCE

Miitomo!?

Hey Nintendo Fanatics!

Nintendo announced their new Smart phone app last night, it's called Miitomo. Not really a game, it's going to be free but overall it's mostly like a Mii character social network. Miiverse is now used primarily for sharing in-game experiences now so this new app would be Nintendo's REHL social network. Oddly though the primary feature is to make a Mii, then let the Mii go around and converse to other users. I'm not sure what they might add to this in the future or even what their plans are with the application right now... But Nintendo usually doesn't disappoint with innovation so this may become much more worth getting when the time for release comes. However, right now this app doesn't appeal to me at all, It's almost dumb. I'm sure avid gamers can see from the picture shown above that the app looks a lot like Tomodachi Life for the 3DS. I believe that Nintendo basically wanted a MICRO version of that game for Smartphone users. Again, this also feels more like an application than a game,
Nintendo announced that they will be making 5 total games/apps for phones and many of them will feature their IP.
